Blackberry Curve wont stop ringing?

I have been through the ringer lately. I had my heart broken so many times that i cant trust no girl anymore. 2011 baseball rookies.. Help?

I need some predictions.. And not just for fun. I am a collector of autographs and i've put together a collection of autographs from every rookie of the year winner from 1990 to present day. I'm trying to get a jump on this year's rookie class for both leagues.. Sometimes I get it right.. Sometimes I have to wait for the guy to win the award before I know whose autograph I need. Who do you call for help if you have been working for a business that a family member owns and you live in that persons house and you are told that your paychecks are being put in the bank for you and after 2 and a half years you find out that there never were any pay checks being pur in the bank for you. That the wages were never reported. That other than many clients who can testify to all the work you've done, and other employees testifying .....etc. The biggest issue at hand is even if nothing else the work would account for room and board. When you discover that you've been taken advantage of and decide to stop working for nothing, and get thrown on the streets without a paycheck or food - again this is after working 2.5 years full time and living here....is there any housing protection to go to for prevention against being thrown out without notice and without any of the money I earned? What can I do? I guess I can't even file for unemployment becuase my work was not being reported. The locks were changed and I find myself homeless with no payvheck or food. Who do I go to report this? What rights do I have?

My uncle lives in an expensive neighborhood. The only people you see on his neighborhood is the people that live there, nobody else passes by. It's also waterfront property about half a mile from the nearest stores area. Yesterday there was this homeless guy just walking by the neighborhood and doing nothing illegal, just walking by the mansions outside their property. The neighborhood is not private with any security gates in order to get into it.The neighorhood cops watch car just happened to be driving by and the homeless man gets arrested just for walking in that neigbhorhood and 2 cops tackle him to the ground as soon as they get out of the car he gets put in the car and driven away. Do you think the cops had a suspicion that he'd try to rob a house or maybe it's illegal for certain poor people to walk by rich people's houses or was that just wrong and should the cops have just let him keep walking?

Sims 2 takes forever to load and then crashes?

I have sims 2 installed with mansion and garden stuff, nightlife, and glamour stuff.. I had to uninstall allllll of my sims games toda because it wouldn't load so I did that. Now I have just these installed (I have every sims2 game.. just not installd on my computer) so it takes a while to load and then when it does I click a neihborhood, that loads, then it goes black for a little bit and crashes. I tried killing processes in task manager. Nothings working!! Helpme please! I'm running windows 7 and I don't have too many things installed on my laptop I've never had this problem before help!!!

I signed an apartment lease but want to get out of the lease before it starts?

The apartment is geared towards college students so a guarantor is needed. However, I never turned one in (hopefully this gives me an advantage). I took a job as a clerical assistant in a get successful fast food franchise. The pay was not great, but neither were the expectations. After a few months, the president and owner asked me to become his executive assistant, and I would also report to the vice president as well. I received no pay increase, other than the company wide annual 3-4% raise. My responsibilities tripled along the stress level. I've since developed and am being treated for anxiety. My boss, the president is a demanding man, whos famous for yelling at his employees, including me. I've gone home in tears on countless occasions. I researched executive assistant salaries online, and mine doesn't even register in the bottom ten. Meanwhile, my boss is multi-millionaire, with homes abroad and cars that cost quadruple my annual salary. My question is, was it my responsibility to ask for an increase when I was promoted, or is this company taking advantage of me? I got my iPhone as a christmas present from my parents this last christmas. Therefore, I have now had it for about 6 months. I received the warranty with my iPhone stating that defective phones would be replaced. My phone already has a few scratches here and there, but nothing big. My main issue is that my ringer/vibrate button is loose, and it rattles whenever I shake or touch it. Why does my iPod 4g auto muting the ringer and alerts?

Well I was at the store and I just wanted to turn off all the volume so I went to settings, sounds and turned off everything. Then when I came back home I wanted to turn everything on, and I did. Then I turned my iPod off and the lock sound didn't work, when I FaceTimed it wouldn't let me hear the ring. I went back to settinngs it muted the alerts and ringers I put it back to what i want it to be and the same thing happend again I tried and tried but it just wouldn't work!!

How bad is drinking alcohol for my body?

I turned 21 approximately 6 months ago. Before I turned 21, I could count on one hand the number of times I had drank, and I had never been drunk before. I just felt like underage drinking was dumb, but now that I'm 21 I guess you could say that I'm taking full advantage of it...especially now that it's summer and I'm on break from school and such. How bad is drinking for me? Like, will it have serious long term effects? I usually drink maybe like once or twice a week, however, this week I'll probably be drinking like 4 days :/ When I do drink, I usually just have like 3 or 4 drinks (sometimes more), and I've never passed out or thrown up but there are definitely gaps in my memory from times when I've been drunk. Complications due to too much sub q fluids ?

Our puppy was prescribed 200ml of sub q ( Lactated ringers.) Every 4-6 Hrs. When I called out regular vet ( He was treated @ an emergency clinic.) to get a refill on his fluid our vet was concerned he is being overdosed with sub qs, so were going in tomorrow to have him looked at again. I called the emergency vet with worries about this and they insist I continue to use the sub qs even if he still has some left in his skin ( I can see a large amount of fluid still under his skin,) But I'm going with my regular vets suggestion and stopping the sub qs and letting him drink on is own which he is doing now ... So what are the complications over using to much fluids ? Could these complications already have hurt him ? ( He's been on sub qs starting Sunday, 26th - Wen - 30th

My mom keeps taking my black ops for no reason no matter what i do?

Ever since i got cod black ops, my mom has been taking for no reason. I never play it too much, only around an hour a day, 2 hours at most, yet she still takes it. I just finished 7th grade and got a straight A in everyone of my classes; and im not a nerd, therefore effort was actually required to do so. We had to write a 16 page essay (56 paragraphs) and i aced it. Yet for some undisclosed reason, my efforts still leave my mom with spontaneous game-taking. She even tries to take it when im leaving for the whole day, because "She doesnt want me to play." She tells me to go practice guitar or go skateboard, both of which i have been doing so far every day of the summer. I have a given talent, chosen by guitar, so im told i cant take advantage of it so i must practice. And i do... for hours at a time. Yet when my mom comes home from work and sets her eyes on me just starting to play Black Ops, she malevolently screams, "ALL F*****G DAY?!?!?! GET OFF THIS NOW< IM TAKING AWAY FOREVER." i started to talk and hang out with this Spanish/asian girl in my class in college. She asked for my number. Then we started to chill at the mall or fastfood on our break. So one day she was talking about some movie then I said “hey u want go watch it?” she said sure text me, I did but “no reply” We were still hanging out I noticed she was always texting and acted like she didn't care what I had to say or answered in yes or no, as if she was ignoring me on propose. Then out of nowhere she just stopped replying to text or took hours to reply, and started to put {!} After every text. Bec of that I really started to fall for her hard. we never did any class work nothing never. I never waited for her after class she waited for me to come out still, I did so much for her even wasting my own time to get a laugh or smile on her face bec it made me happy even tho I wasn’t. I sacrificed my own time and gas on my car to drive her around and make her happy. I kind of got the point she wasn’t interested i guessed. then finals week was coming close and I was really started to get to work on my class and I tried to help her bec I cared. I tried to do my best to help her.(she asked me to pressure her to make her to go to extra help and threw the class) I started to constantly text her about the class, the important stuff like extra help, the learning classes and notes . I told her com but she barely replied to me acted as if I never even texted her or said she was busy but she still waited for me after class, we still hung out at the mall and chilled after class. I asked her to the movie again. Then the last 3 days of class she started to act like she didn't even no me, then she acts like I'm annoying her or stalking. She tells me this other kid likes her(I think to make me go away), that is what killed me I really liked her and I lost all focus. Lower back pain due to back to back childbirths?

I got pregnant with my second child when my son was 8 weeks old. So to say my bodys been through the ringer would be an understatement. I'm wondering if I should consider sueing the doctor that delivered my children because at the end of my first pregnancy I started having pelvic pain and my pelvis would actually pop in and out of place when I'd flip over at night. I spoke with him many times about it with my first pregnancy and he kept putting it off and never really tried to help me with it. In delivery he had me push and strain for 3 hours before helping me with the pregnancy. Yes...I know that getting pregnant right away wasn't the best thing....but it just happened and I don't agree with terminating pregnancies. The whole pregnancy with my second my pelvis started off poping in and out of place at night...and again i asked him about it and still nothing was done. Again I delivered my second naturally...delivery didn't last nearly as long for her..but I'm wondering if I should have had a c-section the first time. Now I have problems doing my daily activities...and every night I have to pop my back just to be able to relax enough to fall asleep. What's the name of this paranormal show?

I don't quite remember what it was and since I only saw one episode I can't help much but I remember the details of that episode well. It starts at a party of sorts, I believe it was a convention or meeting of paranormal believers, with the two (?) main characters. The people are gathered there to hear speeches and stuff like that then gather in a large sitting room (?) to discuss the planned recreational activity, hunting the ghost that's haunting the old mansion. Unfortunately, things go wrong and the ghosts are violent. The two main characters, both male I think, go off to take care of this. The ghosts are mostly children with one adult woman, a mother supposedly, and one child is being bullied or something to that extent. The people attending the event are being scalped the way one of the ghost children is. While one of the main characters is fighting the ghosts, the other is at a cemetery looking for the remains of the mother, which her burns. Selling home and buying a new one with high debt-to-income ratio?

We currently own a home, and would like to sell and purchase a home of roughly the same value in a different town. Our mortgage is through bank of America. Home remedies for lightening hair? PLEASE HELP!?

Ok... So, my hair has been through the ringer. lol. My hair was a very light brown/ dark blonde color, but I bought these clip-in hair extensions (100% human hair) and they came out REALLY dark! I decided that I was going to color my hair and extensions myself, besides, I had this red tint to my hair that I wanted to get out! I heard that cool color with Ash in it would take out the red, but now my hair has ALOT of GRAY in it and my extensions didn't come out as light as my hair!!! I just want to know how I can get ALL of the red tint out, ALL of the gray tint out, and just get to a pretty light brown color for both my hair and my extensions!?!? Would Apple replace my iPhone?

I got my iPhone as a christmas present from my parents this last christmas. Therefore, I have now had it for about 6 months. I received the warranty with my iPhone stating that defective phones would be replaced. My phone already has a few scratches here and there, but nothing big. My main issue is that my ringer/vibrate button is loose, and it rattles whenever I shake or touch it. This is really annoying and it really sucks to have in my pocket during school, because the button moves around so much I can never tell when it goes off vibrate mode. Incredible 2 Vs Droid X (Also, HTC Sense or Motoblur)?

At this point in the Android evolution, if presented the choice I would not even consider getting a phone that doesn't have a front facing camera. Even if you don't plan on doing a lot of video calls, it is going to become a standard feature so you might as well get it now. The Droid X is a great phone (I had one) as well as the Incredible 2, so quality wise, they are really comparable and you are right that the overall experience isn't that different. HTC Sense, however, is really easy to use and their widgets and themes makes it stand out over all the other manufactures as the superior choice. Bottom line, The Incredible 2 has a great screen, HTC Sense 2.0 and a front facing camera, so I would pick this as the winner! (PS Google Music is available for download right now and it is Awesome, check it out!)

My iphone wont make any noise?

For some reason my iphone wont make any noise. When I take pictures, my I get call.... so when someone calls me I have no idea! It's really annoying. I looked in Settings>Sounds> and the ringer volume is up all the way, and all the other sound options or in the ON position, so wtf! Is it a malfunction? The only time i can get it to make noise if I have an app open or I'm watching Youtube on it...

Bug in my horse's neck?

So i was up at the barn brushing my Arab and on her neck i found a bug that had burrowed its self into my horses neck on the right side about 2in down from the crest and 6in down from her ear. It had wings and it was really really tiny. Im wondering if a tick could have gotten in there and burrowed a hole and another but just took advantage of the opening or something! It was the weirdest thing i had ever seen and ive seen a lot of strange things on horses! Could this just be another breed of bug? We had to go in with a pair of tweezers and pull it out, and it wasnt easy! We pulled the bug part but it wouldnt let go! We had to pull part of her skin apart to get all of it out! We put some goop stuff on it so it would heal up, but im wondering if anyone has ever had something like this happen. My horse is boarded in Springfield, OR. So its not like she is way out in the country or anything. But it was just awful! I would have taken a picture of it to post but we were a lil worried about getting it out of her first. Wade was just looking real mad with chalmers walking off the court and chris bosh was walking to the locker room crying and almost fell out (haha). I'm not trying to create an arguement but I'm just wondering why Lebron didn't try. In the Bulls game.. What was it game 5 or 6 when the Bulls lost to the Heat and the Heat advanced to the Finals.. The Bulls had a great advantage and could have made another game to try to go to the finals. But other than that Lebron and Wade just came out doing 3's, doing layups, getting fouls, or getting the layup and the foul. And they ended up winning, at first the Bulls were up like 12 points then Heat just started coming up and ended up winning. Why couldn't they do that in the Finals?

Trying to remember a book?!?

OK so I still remember a little bit about the book Im trying to remember. The book cover was gray and kinda looked like.. steel flooring. Uhh the Father was crazy and trapped his Wife and his son and his daughter in a.. Mansion type place to protect his kids from a made up disaster. The family had another brother but the brother and the grandmothers "Died" but thats what the father told the family even though it really didn't happen. Also the dad was doing experiments on his daughter to make a child thats.. like a clone. And they I think had to stay there for.. 15 years until it was safe to see land again. Well Im not an expert on this, but I do know sim cards are used by AT&T and T-Mobile, might be one other carrier that does to. These two carriers usaully require that you sign a 2-4 yr contract throughout which you pay a hefty bill, I believe also a Credit Check is required as well. I would look into carriers such as Cricket, Boost Mobile, Sprint etc. You might find their services a bit more helpful. If Im incorrect I apologize, but hopefully it will help some small way. Also, God forbid, if something happens to your daughter, you will be one step ahead in getting permanent guardianship. You will also need those custody papers to enroll her in school, even preschool if you decide to send her, and for medical care. If he jumps through all the hoops, about all he could get at first would be supervised visitation. You can also hit him up for child support, being you are the ones supporting her now and you have an idea where he is. Maybe your daughter will come around and realize that her child is more important than drugs and get the help she needs. She should feel lucky to have parents to stand by when needed and to step up and take care of her baby when she should have been. Good luck in what ever you decide is best.

Itouch 4g only CERTAIN sounds not working?

my new itouch was fine for about a month, then a few days ago i noticed that my alerts didn't make any noise anymore.. and when i play games, the background music doesn't play but the sound effects do!! i've tried looking into the games settings, but it says that all sounds are turned up all the way... also, when i go to my itouch settings, to sounds and to 'ringer and alert', its ALWAYS turned down all the way. everytime i turn it back up to max volume, when i go back into settings sound options, its back to silent. PLEASE somebody help?!?!

I used to watch this show (cartoon) when I was a kid in Canada. I think it was on YTV...but im not sure. It was about this blue skeleton type of guy who told scary stories, and I think he lived in a dark haunted mansion. I'm a guy and it's really weird for me to ask this but what is the best way to get a tan outdoors? My best friends each work during the day and I work at night so there isn't much for me to do during the day. I have been just sitting inside watching Netflix but everytime I went to work all my coworkers would be really dark and I just feel out of place and I want to be tan for my senior pictures in couple of weeks. So a couple of days ago I started to layout in my backyard (so nobody could see me.) I've laid out with sunscreen on and with it off and I've only gotten a little dark. It's been hot here lately and I want to use it to my advantage. When I was younger I used to get dark by barely being outside but it seems as I get older it takes longer. Why is our father so HURTFUL treating us all DIFFERENTLY and with favouritism?

Me and my 3 sisters are 34, 36 and 38 yrs of age. all 3 of us model, and the oldest girl is particularly successful and has made alot of money from it. Our parents are very wealthy so we've been lucky enough to be supported by them without any need to 'work any job just for the sake of it'. So we all could pick and choose what work we done and turned down. Anyhow, dad has decided that we need to move out of the family home although its like a 6 bed mansion on the edge of the city. He owns a few blocks in the city. He is giving one girl a penthouse, the next a two bed and i have to wait until after xmas for mine to be completed. Its also 10 mins walk from my sisters. I dont think this is really fair, as i'm the youngest, i ALWAYS have to wait for like everything. Same thing, i got my car for my 18th and it was 2yrs old, not a span new one. Why does dad treat us all differently and with obvious favouritsm. its very hurtful.

Dropped Phone in Toilet, now what?

I just dropped my palm pre plus in the toilet, I quickly recovered it. I took it out and it seemed to work fine aside from the top ringer switch and power button, about 10 seconds later the volume rocker went out, then the touch screen, then the keyboard. I took the battery out of the phone, I dried it with a hair dryer for about 10 minutes. It feels physically dry now, should I put the battery back in and see if it is fixed? Or are there any other precautionary measures I can take before i try and boot it back up? Thanks in advance.

Ok so I have this Scorpio ex that has been trying to get back in touch with me recently. We have been dealing with each other on/off since 2008 (I'm a Cancer). I bumped into his friend the other day and he made me aware that my ex had been mentioning me lately and had called him to stalk my facebook page to see what i had been up to, although i deactivated months ago. The thing is everytime he goes back into my life he tries to control everything and have it on his terms. He wants me all to himself and wants to give me wants he wants. For example, I want a committed relationship with him and he wants a baby to me. He says once i have a baby he will be able to fully trust me and i will be forever his and whatnot. I did have an abortion to him last year that he didnt find out about until it was over because i didnt want to live that life. I didnt want to feel like i was forced into this prisoner of life type of situation. He is extremely possessive, jealouse controlling, but what i dont understand is his need to have this baby so bad. I have been distancing myself as much as possible from opening that can of worms again because i am afraid of what hidden motivations he has. He has this crazy mentality that if he cant have me no one can and that once his always his. My love for him is strong, no doubt, however I dont want to cause myself more emotional detriment because my sanity relies on it. I have been through the ringer and back with him, we have gone through so much but it only seems to make our bond thicker and therefore harder to break. I dont know whats going on or what to do? I always watched their show in the past. They were a little like real people and it was fun to watch. They weren't as rich and famous as they are now. Let's assume you take the same number of credits each year and get nothing but A's from now on. By the end of junior year, your GPA will be (1.49 * 2 + 4.0 * 1) / 3 = 2.33. That's what colleges will see, and that's too low to get into most 4-year colleges and universities. By the time you graduate (most colleges will not be accepting applications at this point) you could have a (1.49 * 2 + 4.0 * 2) / 4 = 2.74. So no, you can't get a 3.0 (unweighted, which is what colleges look at). If you do want to go to college, you'll be looking at poorly ranked schools or community colleges. If you do well there for a few years, you can transfer to a better school. Sorry, but many mistakes can't be fixed at the last minute.

Was the homeless man wrongfully/illegally arrested?

My uncle lives in an expensive neighborhood. The only people you see on his neighborhood is the people that live there, nobody else passes by. It's also waterfront property about half a mile from the nearest stores area. Yesterday there was this homeless guy just walking by the neighborhood and doing nothing illegal, just walking by the mansions outside their property. The neighborhood is not private with any security gates in order to get into it.The neighorhood cops watch car just happened to be driving by and the homeless man gets arrested just for walking in that neigbhorhood and 2 cops tackle him to the ground as soon as they get out of the car he gets put in the car and driven away. Do you think the cops had a suspicion that he'd try to rob a house or maybe it's illegal for certain poor people to walk by rich people's houses or was that just wrong and should the cops have just let him keep walking?
