Moving to Los Angeles help?

So i live in this city and me and my family are thinking of moving to somewhere like Los Angeles, and I really wanna move there, so my dad is a project manager, and if we moved to Los Angeles would he easily find another job as a project manager that pays enough? And does speaking Spanish along with English give an advantage?
